PoM
Player of the month polls are on. Who is your player of the month?
Was it De Gea? The flying Spaniard who made what the great Schmeichel called 'the best save in the history of premier league' and impressed so much that Chicharito declared him 'the best goal keeper in the world.'?
Was it young Januzaj? The 18 years old teenager who single handedly sank Sunderland and gave United three very crucial points? Continued to impress and impressed even more with a five years contract?
Was it Wayne Rooney? The ever amazing MIP? The player who needs no introductions to the UTD faithful?

You can also vote for goal of the month here. There are some quality and classy finishes from the Reserves that fairly go head to head against Rooney's header (vs Stoke), Jones volley and their former teammate Januzaj's winner against Sunderland. Watch the goals here and cast your vote to win a signed shirt from the winner.
The Beckhams
If signed, Brooklyn will be taking over from where he left off more than a decade ago. The teenager is no stranger to scoring for UTD and winning medals with the club. |
14 years old Brooklyn Beckham had a trial training session with Manchester United on Thursday. if successful the kid will sign for United and start another legendary Beckham story in the famous red and white shirt. We hope this one does not end like the previous one.
Little Romeo signed for Arsenal early September and in his excitement tweeted that 'I'm never going back.'
Let's see where Brooklyn will be, will he stay at QPR or come home to Old Trafford?
Daddy Becks also made UTD related headlines. Becks decided to invest in the MLS. When asked if he will consider Sir Alex for the job;
"It’s funny, he (Sir Alex) was one of the first names I was going to call up to be manager. I’m not so sure now. All joking aside, I wouldn’t want to be negative about Sir Alex. He gave me the chance to live my dream."Glad to see this from Becks. Would have sucked to see two of our very special heroes engaging into a media war. Can we say case closed? Yes, we can.
Transfers
The only certain thing under this is that Wayne Rooney, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra and Michael Carrick; these players' contracts will all expire either end of this season or end of 2014/2015.
Evra was previously quoted hinting that he might leave UTD come January only to clarify less than a week later that the only way he is leaving UTD is if they ask him to. Added that he loves this club very much, a statement we are so used to and we will never doubt!
Yesterday Everton official account tweeted a Martinez quote insisting that Baines is not coming to UTD on January. Luke Shaw is also tipped for this position as much as Fabio and Buttner! This madness has just begun, get some popcorn people, this will be fun!
Wayne Rooney is said to be in contract talks with UTD. Apparently Moyes had put an end to the Lewandowski chase believing that he has enough forwards for now. If Lewandowski was serious about his come and get me hint, he only has himself to blame for playing hard to get!!
Carrick and Vidic might leave (RUMORS) as Moyes looks at rebuilding his squad. This is one rumor I laughed at and don't see why we should waste time even discussing it.
And you will soon hear that Moyes tipped Rooney for a future captain. This will be twisted to mean that Rooney is definitely staying and Vida and Evra are out but just remember that Moyes did not volunteer that piece of information, the statement was his reply to whether Rooney would make a good captain. As of now the boss is happy with the current Captains (Vidic, Evra and Rio).
And I speak for every UTD supporter when I say, we are all happy with our current Captains. |
What happened to Bruno Gomes?
