Reminder!

Since the world seem to have forgotten just how much pain Utd can cause, to celebrate 15 years since our treble, here is a few photos for a kind reminder.

And this is how happy we can be!

And this is how loving we can be...

My Captain

Soon Moyes  ...... and his team will have to make one of their toughest decisions, naming the next Manchester United Captain. This captaincy is not an easy job and its definitely not as glamorous as it looks. It has its moments, lots of them actually, and it has its bad side; if being worshipped by millions of people from every corner of this world is a problem for you, then this is the worst job you can ever imagine.

I don't have a say (YET) on who will be our next Captain. But looking back at some Captains I still love and adore, here are five qualities our next Captain needs to have:

One Last try

We all remember that Becks goal. But what we didn't know is the fact that Sir Alex was ready to take him off right before the ball went in.

After he tried to score a similar goal and missed, Sir Alex turned to Brian Kid who was his assistant and said;
"If he tries that again he, is off."
 Minutes later, Becks tries again and this time it's a goal. Kidd turns to Sir Alex and told him;
"We'll have to take him off."

Happy Birthday Juan Mata!

In  1988, April 28th somebody was born somewhere in Spain. In January 2014 he gave up the boring blue for the dynamite red! He is Juan Mata Garcia.

Happy 26 Juan. Looking forward to many more games like the past four...

And here are some adorable photos of young Juan. And in case any of you have been wondering (or was it just me?) how many times a week he fixes his eyebrows, rest assured that those perfections are 100% original!

Some hands were made to lift trophies!

Well....
Mata's BFF/bro sent this super sweet tweet;

Happy birthday bro @JuanMata8 It's a pleasure to share the day to day life with you!!

And finished with this photo;

Rest In Peace Tito

Tito Vilanova passed away today at the age of 45 . Before becoming Manager, Tito was part of the coaching staff under Pep Guardiola who collected a total of 14 trophies. And two of them being the Champions League that we lost to them.

It is a very sad in world football today. Thank you Tito for all the beautiful and painful memories. Until we meet again, may your soul rest in eternal peace, Amen.

David Moyes' Full Statement

Here is what our former Boss has to on his leaving Manchester United;

 To have been appointed as manager of Manchester United, one of the biggest football clubs in the world, was and remains something of which I will always be incredibly proud.

Taking charge after such a long period of continuous stability and success at the club was inevitably going to be a significant challenge, but it was one which I relished and never had a second thought about taking on.

The scale of the manager’s job at United is immense, but I have never stepped away from hard work and the same applies to my coaching staff. I thank them for their dedication and loyalty throughout the season.

We were fully focused and committed to the process of the fundamental building that is required for the senior squad. This had to be achieved whilst delivering results in the Barclays Premier League and the Champions League. However, during this period of transition, performances and results have not been what Manchester United and its fans are used to or expect, and I both understand and share their frustration.

In my short time at the club I have learnt what special places Old Trafford and Carrington are. I would like to thank the United staff for making me feel so welcome and part of the United family from my first day. And of course thank you to those fans who supported me throughout the season. I wish you and your club all the best for the future.

I have always believed that a manager never stops learning during his career and I know I will take invaluable experience from my time as United’s manager. I remain proud to have led the team to the quarter finals of this year’s Champions League and I remain grateful to Sir Alex Ferguson for believing in my ability and giving me the chance to manage Manchester United.

Thank you Moyes for giving it your all. It wasn't an easy job but you tried anyways. All the best in your future and we will keep supporting you from far.
